According to Odaily, following the lawsuit against market maker Gotbit by the U.S. government, Beercoin and WaterCoin have clarified that they have replaced their market makers and currently have no association with Gotbit. Beercoin stated that it had ceased cooperation with Gotbit some time ago, while WaterCoin mentioned that it switched market makers after launching WATER due to doubts about Gotbit's integrity.
